Since time immemorial, man has been concerned to know the formula for their own happiness. Is it love, money, family, friends, comforts?

That constant questioning is that Harvard University set about the task of finding out what makes you happy a man or a woman and found 10 reasons to achieve the much desired happiness.

1. Exercise: Just 30 minutes a day, you'll get the same calming effect of an antidepressant. With walking, jogging, swimming or yoga for half an hour every day you find a better mood and less stressed.
